Using skills developed since early childhood, Lynn Fleming’s paintings capture the essential qualities of environmental subjects as if they were intimate portraits – the curl of leaves, a sea turtle lumbering in the surf, a shoreline meandering toward an unseen horizon, stallions in action and peaceful landscapes – all brought to life in colorful pieces that would grace any home, office or gallery.

Her affiliations include the Eastside Association of Fine Arts, the new Sammamish Valley Art League, and the Cottage Lake Artist Guild. She is a frequent demonstrator and award winner at juried shows and exhibitions throughout the region including venues sponsored by the Sky Valley Art League in Monroe., the Puget Sound Group of NW Painters, and the invitational show “Nautical by Nature” by the Snohomish Arts Council.

In addition to caring for her husband and two teen-aged sons, Lynn teaches art to elementary students for the Bothell Parks and Recreation Department and the Northshore School District. She lives in Woodinville and can be reached through Kaewyn Gallery at (425) 483-7385.
