Hugh McArthur, 79 is a retired advertising executive, who has lived in San Francisco, Lake Tahoe and Scottsdale, Arizona, before moving to Woodinville in 2005. He became interested in painting at Lake Tahoe, where his first attempts were watercolors of country scenes.
A recent diagnosis of Parkinson’s has called for some new painting techniques, but Hugh continues to paint. His new interest is in portraits and landscapes.
