

Deborah Knetzger is an artist and art instructor who paints mainly in oils and watercolors, She also works in ceramics, mosaic, fibers, and sculpting and drawing media in her work with young artists. She loves to draw, especially the figure, and attends open life drawing studios as much as possible.
She has a bachelor's degree in art from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has studied with the Otis-Parsons School in Los Angeles, Gage Academy in Seattle and with artists William Hewson and Milo Duke. She has taught at the Kirkland Arts Center and local schools for many years.


Deb currently shows with the Cottage Lake Artists Guild. She teaches at local elementary schools and at the Northshore Senior Center. She lives in Kirkland, Washington.
